                  in Aurelius, Cayuga Co., NY. Cooley married (1) Hanna Dunning. It is assumed that
	      Cooley and Hanna were divorced, quite a scandal for the daughter of a minister.
                  Cooley was a Revolutionary War Veteran and a prisoner of war. It is unknown where
                  Cooley is buried.
  They had one child:

          Cooley also married (2) Sarah PROUT on 11 Feb 1812 in Middlebury, Addison Co., VT.
